Processing Time

- **Order Processing:** All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- **Order Verification:** You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

1. Domestic Shipping:

- **Standard Shipping:** 3-5 business days - $5.99

- **Expedited Shipping:** 2-3 business days - $15.99

- **Overnight Shipping:** 1-2 business days - $25.99

2. International Shipping:

- **Standard International Shipping:** 10-15 business days - $19.99

- **Expedited International Shipping:** 5-10 business days - $39.99

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- Bundles By Galore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

- Bundles By Galore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

- If your package is missing or lost, please contact us at info@bundlesbygalore.com and we will assist you in tracking the package and resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at info@bundlesbygalore.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
